Welcome to Potterarti! Book pottery painting or making sessions in our barn studio, order paint-at-home kits for collection, or organise pottery painting parties. Painting pottery is a relaxing and absorbing creative activity for all ages. We have a range of products for you to paint - from mermaids to teapots, from piggy banks to dinner plates, from dinosaurs to beautiful vases. Contact us directly on hello@potterarti.co.uk to paint at home using our mobile "studio-in-a-box" or smaller take home kits, or contact us to book a party or book a studio session.

POTTERY PARTIES
Whether you are organising a birthday party, girls’ nights out [or in!], or family fun day, Potterarti can help provide the fun. From £15 per person for a party, we can provide a range of pottery items and help supervise the proceedings so that everyone creates something to be proud of. Everyone’s pottery work of art will be delivered back to you – glazed and fired – a week later.
AT HOME
Whether you are looking for a new hobby, or something the family can do together, to celebrate a special occasion or just “because”, Potterarti provides take-home kits or - if you are ordering several items at once - we can provide a mini mobile pottery studio to you so that you can paint pottery safely at home! Book an “at home” session with Potterarti, choose the pottery items you want to paint, and we’ll provide a "studio-in-a-box" for collection. We provide top tips to help you get started, a choice of 25 paint colours, and a selection of brushes – all cleaned thoroughly between users. You just return everything once you have painted your items.
HAND AND FOOT PRINTS, AND OTHER GIFT COMMISSIONS
Book an appointment to pop in to our studio and we can help you create a beautiful record of those baby hands and feet before they grow up too quickly! Paw prints of those special pups are also a favourite! Additionally, we are able to help with the perfect thank you gift for your class teacher, or a personal gift to celebrate a wedding, anniversary or special birthday. Contact us to commission a unique, hand-painted, personalised gift or signing plate. Gift Vouchers for a friend or family member are also available.
FIRST THURSDAY ART CLUB!
A bit intimidated by a blank piece of paper but wish you could be a bit arty? Join us for a new relaxed and friendly art club open to anyone wishing to explore their creative side and ‘have a go’! ALL levels of experience welcome including absolute beginners. There will be a theme for each session e.g. still life, portraiture and all equipment will be provided to enable you to create and play. No formal tuition – just the opportunity to get together in a supportive environment, share experience and have fun!
POTTERY PAINTING & PROSECCO
An opportunity to relax with friends and paint pottery without any distractions from the kids! For £20 per person, you can paint any £12 item, and have a complimentary glass of prosecco, soft drink, tea, or coffee. If you would like to paint a larger or different item, we’ll just charge you the difference between £12 and the price of your chosen item. We’ll be on hand to provide friendly advice if you are a first-time painter or looking to try new creative techniques. If you would like to bring additional beverages you’re very welcome to – we’ll provide the glasses!
We’re a small studio and so numbers are limited – please book early!
HOW TO FIND US
Our studio is located in a beautiful converted barn in a small farm location. Make a day of your visit – we are surrounded by beautiful country walks, we have a children’s playground very nearby which is perfect for picnics, and we have a choice of local pubs, The Papermakers Arms and The Kentish Rifleman, which both serve great food and have lovely pub gardens.
We are open at any time for pre-booked sessions.
