At Potterarti we are selling you an experience. A chance to get creative and spend time with friends and family. We do not offer refunds. On rare occasions due to the nature of the art some items have bad luck during the kiln process. Should this happen we will offer you a voucher so you can return and paint an item of the same value.

When booking parties and events we will require 72 hours notice should you need to cancel to receive your deposit back. However if we cancel at any point you will be entitled to a refund.

When booking your studio sessions your studio fee payment is transferable to a new date but not refundable.
